LAHORE: Dense fog has blanketed different parts of Punjab including Lahore that has paralysed the routine activities of the residents.

Not only this, the flight operation at the airport has also been affected due to severe weather conditions and the passengers have to brave a delay in their flights.

Traffic flow at the motorway is also affected. According to a Motorway spokesperson, the Motorway M2 from Lahore to Kpt Sarwar, Lahore-Multan Motorway M3 from Faizpur to Samundri and Motorway M11 from Lahore to Sialkot have been closed for all kinds of traffic.

The Motorway police have appealed to the drivers to use Grand Trunk (GT) Road for travelling. They have also urged drivers to drive slowly and switch on fog lights.

The police have also requested the residents to avoid travelling unnecessarily and stay indoors.
