ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) ordered Salman Shehbaz, son of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, to surrender by December 13 while refusing his protective bail.
As per details, the hearing was held in the high court on the plea of Salman Shehbaz for protective bail that was led by Chief Justice IHC Aamer Farooq.
The lawyer of Salman Shehbaz appeared before the court and argued that his client has been living abroad since October 2018.
He also requested the court not to arrest Salman upon his return to the homeland and let him appear in court without arrest.
The court ordered not to arrest Salman Shehbaz and instructed him to surrender till December 13 before IHC.
It should be noted that Salman was declared an accomplice in the money laundering case against the Sharif family and the Lahore Accountability Court issued a non-bailable arrest warrant for him.
