PMLN supremo Nawaz Sharif has provided his statement in the Toshakhana reference, the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) informed the Lahore accountability court on Thursday.

This case involves accusations against Nawaz Sharif, former president Asif Ali Zardari, and ex-prime minister Yousuf Raza Gilani for allegedly receiving luxury vehicles from the Toshakhana (gifts repository).

During the proceedings led by Judge Muhammad Bashir, key figures such as Nawaz Sharif’s lawyer Qazi Misbah, Arshad Tabriz, NAB prosecutor Irfan Bhola, and Sohail Arif were present.

The prosecutor informed the court that Nawaz Sharif had submitted his response, and further investigation would require some time.

The defense counsel stated that a questionnaire from 2019, delayed due to Nawaz’s health, was now addressed.
