Karachi, Pakistan’s vibrant port city, is expected to experience a significant weather change after the Eid-ul-Fitr celebrations. According to the forecasts of esteemed meteorologist Jawad Memon, a powerful rain system is set to hit the city around April 13 or 14.
In his latest YouTube forecast, Memon predicts that this system will cause considerable rainfall and thunderstorms in Karachi. This change in weather deviates from the city’s usual spring conditions, which typically have temperatures ranging between 32 to 35 degrees Celsius.
Karachi’s coastal position significantly contributes to these pleasant temperatures, due to the sea breeze that flows through the city. However, this pattern is expected to be disrupted by the forthcoming weather system.
Interestingly, Memon forecasts an ‘unusual’ period of heavy rains across Pakistan in April. While areas like Punjab, Balochistan, and some parts of Sindh are expected to receive more rainfall, there are no immediate showers predicted in Karachi’s weather forecast.
