Senior leaders of the Muttahida Qaumi Movement Pakistan and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz met at MQM-P’s Bahadurabad headquarters in Karachi to discuss the upcoming Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Legislative Assembly election scheduled for August 2.
The PML-N delegation, led by Sindh Senior Vice President Ali Akbar Gujjar Advocate, included LA-40 Valley candidate Naeem Khan Advocate and Karachi Division President Salman Khan. The delegation requested MQM-P’s support for the party’s candidate in the upcoming AJK election.

During the meeting, both sides discussed matters related to the AJK Assembly election. MQM-P Senior Deputy Convener Anees Qaimkhani assured the PML-N delegation of the party’s full support and cooperation.
Several MQM-P leaders, including COC In-charge Furqan Atif, Joint In-charge Abu Al Azhar Chand, MOC In-charge Shakeel Abbasi Advocate and Kashmir Organizing Committee In-charge Maroof Hussain, were also present. PML-N Karachi Division office-bearers, including district presidents, general secretaries and other party officials, also attended the meeting.
