According to the sensational royal biography that will be published next week, Meghan Markle is accused of acting “abrasively” toward staff members and diplomats.

The Sussex pair allegedly “bombarded their staff with demands for retribution and the removal of the criticism,” according to Tom Bower’s book Revenge: Meghan, Harry, and the conflict between the Windsors.

Meghan Markle has been compared to her well-liked mother-in-law Princess Diana, and the Sussexes have stated that these comparisons are unwarranted.

According to the biographer’s latest claims, Meghan was “abrasive,” “demanding” of her staff, and “inflamed by the slightest criticism.”

All allegations of bullying made against palace employees or aides have been refuted by Meghan’s attorneys.
Hours before the couple’s bombshell appearance with Oprah Winfrey, in which Meghan accused the Royal Family of “perpetuating falsehoods,” complaints against Meghan surfaced.

After the reports surfaced, the Queen announced an investigation into the allegations of bullying. The investigation was completed in June, but Buckingham Palace withheld the report’s conclusions from the public.

Instead, they claimed that the investigation’s suggestions had influenced changes to royal staff regulations and working practices.

Encouragement of open communication among staff members was one of the new initiatives.

According to Richard Fitzwilliams, a royal specialist, Buckingham Palace’s decision to withhold the report from publication may be seen as a “olive branch” to the Sussexes.
