Prince George and Princess Charlotte, the eldest children of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, have been participating in a lot more public events recently, and here’s a telling moment you might have missed!

Princess Charlotte was photographed putting her brother in his place while on a trip to Cardiff, Wales, in June with their parents, Prince William and Duchess Kate.

In preparation for the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee festivities, the technical dials were being demonstrated to the royal children at Cardiff Castle. Charlotte was spotted taking George’s hand from the decks so she could take her turn.

During the same visit, the seven-year-old experienced her big break when she stood and discovered how to command the Welsh Pops Orchestra performing the hit song We Don’t Talk About Bruno. At first, Charlotte seemed timid, so her father, Prince William, took the lead and pushed Charlotte to take charge. The young child soon caught on as the musicians continued to play.

Charlotte and George got the opportunity to interact with many members of the public and celebrities during the castle tour, including singer Bonnie Tyler. The kids did a terrific job of being courteous and welcoming to everyone they encountered along the route.

During the Trooping the Color parade, Princess Charlotte once again shown her assertiveness, this time with her younger brother Prince Louis.

Both were spotted waving to the onlookers as they made their way to their grandmother’s house, but Charlotte seems to have grown irritated with her little brother’s waving and shoved his arm down.

Prince George, who was seated next to her three children, appeared to be oblivious to his brother and sister’s relationship as he watched the throng and chatted with his mother.

We love watching the interactions between the young royals, and we know the siblings get along well.
