Zahid Ahmed reveals he keep rejecting drama serial ‘Jaan Se Pyara Juni’

Zahid Ahmed, a big star known for his versatility and determination, entered acting after leaving a secure job due to his passion for performing arts. He has portrayed a variety of characters on television, earning admiration for his talent, voice, and his ability to embody each character. Currently, Zahid Ahmed is starring in two major dramas titled Jaan Se Pyara Juni and Gentleman.

Zahid Ahmed’s character in Jaan Se Pyara Juni is portrayed as very simple, making the show something to look forward to for its simplicity rather than the usual hoopla around everything. He shares the screen with Hira Mani and Mamya Shajaffar in the show.

He shared in an interview with VOA Urdu that “he rejected Jaan Se Pyara Juni multiple times. He loves portraying complex characters like the ones in Besharam and Ishq Zah e Naseeb as they offer more opportunities for exploration. He said doing characters like Juni is difficult as they are so close to reality without any extra alphaness inserted in. So, he rejected it several times but the director Meer Sikandar finally made him say yes to the character and he took on the challenge.”
