As part of the election process, the Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) has started the club scrutiny procedure.

It should be mentioned that the Pakistan Football Connect Program (PFC) began accepting online registrations in September 2022.

Clubs must finish their obligatory online registration requirements with PFC in order to be eligible for the Club Scrutiny procedure.

By March 10, 2023, the minimal necessary data and documentation must be uploaded online on PFC in accordance with the FIFA Connect Regulations and PFF Constitution.

The prerequisites include the registration information and supporting documentation for 20 genuine players and at least three club executives.

PFF said in a press release, “We encourage all clubs to complete any other information that is required in the PFC portal for a complete registration,”

“In case of incomplete information, your player or club official registration with PFC shall not be processed.”

They are moving toward honest elections, according to Haroon Malik, chairman of the PFF Normalisation Committee.

“Physical inspection of clubs will be a crucial component in this process. We want to make sure that everyone has an equal opportunity to participate in the electoral process, he said.

Adeel Rizki, the head coach of Pakistan’s women’s football team, has since revealed that PFF is working with FIFA to develop a women’s league.

Rizki is hoping that league will help Pakistani women’s football advance.

According to Rizki, “[Before] there was only the national women’s championship, which was held for a relatively little time once a year.” In order to develop the women’s league, which might revolutionize women’s football in Pakistan, we are now working closely with FIFA.

FIFA removes sanctions against Pakistani football

FIFA made the decision to lift the PFF’s April 2021 ban owing to excessive third-party meddling on June 30, 2022.

FIFA has also given the Normalization Committee (NC) an additional year to complete its work.

FIFA states that the normalization committee’s duties include overseeing the PFF’s daily operations, making sure Pakistani clubs are properly registered and inspected, drafting and approving an electoral code for the PFF with the help of FIFA and the AFC, organizing district and provincial elections, and holding elections for a new PFF executive committee.
