Mainly hot and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country on Saturday (today). 

However rain wind-thunderstorm is expected at isolated places in upper Punjab including Chakwal, Taxila, Attock, Gujjar Khan, Kotli Satyan, Murree, upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including Mansehra, Abbottabad, Peshawar Valley, Mardan, Karam, Swabi, Charsadda, Islamabad, Kashmir, Rawalpindi, Gilgit Baltistan, and Balochistan.

Karachi receives a hot temperature today. The maximum temperature recorded today was 37 degrees Celsius whereas humidity was 69 percent. Temperature can remain from 35 to 37 degrees Celsius till the next two days.

Continental air is prevailing over most parts of the country. A weak westerly wave is affecting upper parts of the country.

Mainly hot and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country on Sunday (tomorrow). However rain wind-thunderstorm is expected at isolated places in Kashmir and its adjoining hilly areas.

Hot and dry weather prevailed over most parts of the country in the last 24 hours. However, rain occurred in:
Rainfall(mm): Murree 07, Rawalpindi (Chaklala 04, Shamsabad 01), Kakul 06, Parachinar 03, Rawalakot 04 & Garhidupatta 01.

Yesterday’s recorded highest maximum Temperature’s (°C): Dadu, Larkana 47°C, Bhakkar, Sibbi and Jaccobabad 46°C.
