Weather to remain cold and dry in most areas of the country

The weather is forecasted to remain cool and dry in most of the areas in Pakistan today.

Weather is predicted to be dry in cold in Karachi today. The temperature recorded today morning was 9 degrees Celsius and can reach 25 degrees Celsius.

Moreover, the temperature can remain extreme cold and dry in areas including Baluchistan, Gilgit Baltistan, and Azad Kashmir.

Furthermore, it is predicted that Fog will cover the areas of Punjab, Sindh and a few districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Apart from that, the temperature recorded in the capital Islamabad was 6 degrees Celsius whereas it can reach a maximum of 14 degrees Celsius. However, the city is now clear from the fog but the atmosphere can remain cloudy.

It is informed that the atmosphere will be foggy in areas of Punjab including Daska, Pakpattan, Daska, Bhakkar, Mianwali, Bhakkar, Taunsa, Gojra, and Multan.

According to details, mo0torway, which Khanewal to Multan, has been closed for transport. Apart from that, Kaswal, Chicha Watni, Mian Chunnu, Khanewal, Multan, Lodhran, Bahawalpur, Ahmed Pur, Rahimyar Khan, Sadiqabad, Zahir Pir, and Taranda Muhammad Panah are covered with fog.

Moreover, the Hazara motorway has also been closed for transport due to dense fog in the area and district Nowshera in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

It is predicted that areas including Dera Ismail Khan, Lakki Marwat, Swabi, Nowshera, Peshawar, Mardan, and other parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will remain fog in night and the morning.

According to the meteorological department, the fog will also cover some parts of Sindh including Sukkur, Larkana, Rohri, Jacokabad, and Padidan.

Maximum temperature recorded in Skurdu was minus 21 degree Celsius.
