Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is getting released for the PlayStation 5 in 2023, announced by Sony.
Recently, Sony’s PlayStation Showcase showed some big games that are coming to the PlayStation 5 in which they announced the release of Spider-Man 2 from Insomniac Games.
Last year Spider-Man: Miles Morales was released which was a cross-generational release on both PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5, whereas Spider-Man 2 will be exclusively released only for the PlayStation 5.
The trailer released showed that both Peter Parker and Miles Morales have been taken on as criminals as a team. The narrator of the video sounds similar to Kraven, who’s a major villain for the web crawler, in the end, the trailer showed the main villain of the game ‘Venom’.
However, no gameplay was shown in the trailer, but it’s not clear whether Venom will be joining Peter and Miles as a playable hero or if players will be fighting against the villain.
With a release date set for 2023, there’s plenty of time for Insomniac to reveal more information about the game in the future.
