people confirms that the “Miss You Much” singer has opted to relist the luxurious house with spectacular views of the city’s famed skyline, listing it for $8.9 million.

The coveted Upper West Side corner unit condominium was completed in 1996. It has three bedrooms and three and a half baths in its 2,094 square feet of living area. According to the Wall Street Journal, Jackson paid $2.8 million for the house in 1998.

She in a statement, “Whenever entering my apartment of 25 years, I always treasured my home’s wonderful location and the breathtaking views that capture the magic and excitement of New York. Stepping through its threshold instantly made me feel so tranquil and at peace—so many memories.”
