Megan Thee Stallion blasted back at Drake for his inaccurate portrayal of women in his new song, in which he appeared to accuse her of lying about being shot in 2020 by his friend Tory Lanez.

Drake, 36, and 21 Savage, 30, released their joint album Her Loss on Friday morning, and it appears Megan, 27, had a problem with the song Circo Loco, in which Drake raps, “This b**** lie ’bout getting shot but she still a stallion / She don’t even get the joke but she still smiling.”

Megan took to Twitter an hour after the song was published and wrote, “Stop using my shooting for clout b**** a** n*****! Since when tf is it cool to joke abt women getting shot! You n***** especially RAP n***** ARE LAME!

Megan began her Twitter outburst by saying, “I know I’m very popular but y’all gotta stop attaching weak a** conspiracy theories in bars to my name lol.”

Megan named Lanez, 30, as the person who shot her in the foot following a pool party at Kylie Jenner’s Hollywood home in August 2020. During an Instagram Live broadcast, the singer, who was hospitalized and underwent surgery after the gunshot, revealed, “Yes, this n**** Tory shot me.”

Lanez was initially detained on a charge of carrying a hidden weapon in a vehicle, not for shooting Megan, who didn’t report the incident because she believed the Los Angeles Police Department to be ‘aggressive.’
