Patrick Xavier Clark, 33, was charged with murder after being captured on Houston’s east side Thursday night, police said.

Ballistic data, physical evidence, and gunshot reconstruction helped detectives identify Clark as the “fatal shooter”

Cameron Joshua, 22, was charged with unlawfully carrying a firearm in the shooting.

In the event that he is released on bond, the prosecution wants him placed under house arrest and prohibited from communicating with the families of J. Prince Jr., Takeoff, and Shakur Stevenson.

On November 1, Takeoff, a 28-year-old man, was shot and killed in a bowling alley in Houston.
