Ajay Devgn and Kajol shared birthday wishes for his mother

Veena Devgan turned 75 on Sunday, and Ajay Devgn and Kajol sent her birthday wishes. She received individual wishes from the couple, and Ajay added a statement to the effect that she is his ‘go-to person for everything in life’ His late father Veeru Devgan began his career in the film business as a stunt coordinator before evolving into a renowned action director. On a number of their in-home productions, his mother Veena served as producer.

On Twitter, Kajol shared a selfie of her and her mother-in-law, along with the Hindi caption, “Aapko 75 saal pure karne par bahot bahot badhiyaan! (Many many congratulations on completing 75 years!) love you.” In the image posted online, the two are seen grinning heartily.

Ajay also uploaded a picture of himself posing with Veena. He offered these sentiments for her on Instagram “Happy Birthday dear Mom. You are my go-to person for everything in life. Always need your blessings & guidance.” While Veena is dressed in a purple salwar suit, the actor is sporting a beige shirt and pants.

On both of their social media posts, fans sent wishes to Ajay’s mother. One supporter shared on Instagram,  “HBD. Lovely..Mother & son duo.” The actor doesn’t frequently post about his mum online, another fan remarked.

Veeru, Ajay‘s father, passed away in Mumbai on May 27, 2019. The 84-year-old had been experiencing breathing issues and had been in poor condition for some time. After dating for a few years, Kajol and Ajay got married at the Devgan residence on February 24, 1999. The couple has two kids: a son named Yug was born in 2010 and a daughter named Nysa was born in 2003.

Ajay is getting ready for Bholaa, his upcoming film in which he will both act in and direct. Kaithi, a 2019 Tamil film, was remade for the Hindi film. In addition to Abhishek Bachchan, Tabu, Deepak Dobriyal, Sanjay Mishra, and Gajraj Rao, Bholaa also stars Tabu, Deepak Dobriyal, and Sanjay Mishra.
