Motorola Moto G50 5G goes official featuring Dimensity 700
Motorola introduced yet another phone in Australia today – Motorola Moto G50 5G. The new phone is very much similar to its predecessor Moto G50, which was launched in March this year. However, the new phone has the Mediatek’s Dimensity 700 instead of Snapdragon 480. The rest of the specifications are the same.
Motorola Moto G50 5G features a 6.5″ HD+ LCD display with a smooth 90Hz refresh rate. It has a waterdrop notch that houses a 13MP selfie shooter.
Around its back, it features a triple camera setup; a 48MP main camera, a 2MP macro, and a 2MP depth camera.
Moto G50 5G has a Mediatek Dimensity 700 at its core. It comes with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage that can be expanded with microSD.
The phone is powered by a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 15W fast charging.
Moto G50 5G runs Android 11 based My UX by Motorola. It has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner overpower button, 3.5mm headphone jack, and NFC receiver.
Moto G50 5G comes in Meteorite Gray and Green colors.
It is currently available across Australia for AUD 399. Pricing and availability outside Australia are yet to be detailed.
