Vivo finally adopts wireless charging with X70 Pro Plus

Vivo has announced its X70 series which adds up to the flagship phones. The company has partnered with Zeiss to give sharp and clear photos.

The X70 Pro Plus is the latest flagship phone featuring a Snapdragon 888+ processor, a 6.8″ 2k OLED screen, and a 4,500 mAh battery that supports Vivo’s 55W FlashCharge technology. It also has a 55W wireless charging with Qi support.

Vivo X70 Pro Plus is the company’s first-ever phone to support wireless charging.

X70 Pro Plus has a 50Mp main camera with a Zeiss lens, a 48MP gimbal-stabilized ultrawide, a 12MP telephoto, and an 8MP periscope telephoto.

The company has added three more bokeh modes based on the characteristics of the lens including Distagon, Planar, and Sonnar.

X70 Pro Plus has a built-in image processor designed by Vivo called Imaging Chip V1, designed to improve performance in noise reduction and motion compensation.

The X70 and X70 pro have relatively smaller screens compared to X70 Pro Plus, 6.56″, with a 120Hz refresh rate. They have a MediaTek Dimensity 1200 processor at their core and a 44W FlashCharge. However, these phones do not have wireless charging.

The company has not revealed any details regarding prices but says that it is gradually releasing in Asian markets today.
