Mother poisons children, commits suicide in Gulshan-e-Hadeed

On Tuesday, a 35-year-old woman poisoned her three children and committed suicide in Gulshan-e-Hadeed. The dead bodies were taken to the nearby hospital for autopsy.

According to the Malir district police spokesperson, the woman was identified as Mesmar Asma. The husband of the deceased Abid Ali told the police that he went to Nawabshah on August 07. On his return today, he found the dead bodies of his wife and three children.

The police had recorded the statement from her husband and neighbors on the spot, told the spokesman.

As per details, the deceased children identified as 8-year-old Javeria, 5-year-old Arisha, and a 3-year-old boy Baqir.

According to the spokesman, an investigation has been launched to oversee the incident. The autopsy of the dead bodies revealed that the children died 4/5 days old.
