The co-accused Waqar ul Hassan in the motorway rape case underwent a DNA test on Sunday. The police had collected his samples in order to identify the real culprits.

According to the sources, the Crimes Investigation Agency (CIA) had sent Waqar’s samples to the laboratory for DNA tests and forensic examination.

The police officials said that the DNA test result will prove either Waqar is innocent or the culprit in the heinous crime.

Earlier today, Waqar ul Hassan surrendered himself at the CIA’s police station and denied all charges.

It should be mentioned here that on Tuesday night, two robbers had gang-raped a woman who was with her children, on the motorway within Gujjarpura police’s jurisdiction.
