New digital visa application facility introduced by Australia for Pakistan

Australia has made the visa process easier for Pakistani citizens.

Australia has made the visa process easier for Pakistani citizens starting today, 25 November 2025.

According to reports, the Australian High Commissioner has confirmed that people applying for visit, study, or work visas can now submit their passport details and biometric data directly through their smartphones.

He said that these details can be uploaded using the Australian Immigration app, which will make the application process smoother and faster.

Australia is one of the most developed countries in the world and attracts millions of people every year for tourism, education, business, medical visits, and family reunions.

With this new digital step, Australia is making the visa application process even more convenient for Pakistani citizens.

Australia Visa Types

Before submitting their visa application, applicants must first define the purpose of their visit. Australia offers numerous visa types, like visitor, study, business, medical, and family visit visas.

Applicants are required to carefully read and fill out a 13-page visa application form. It is essential that the information provided is accurate, complete, and consistent.

Beside with the form, applicants must submit various necessary documents, including their passport, national identity card, bank statements, the purpose for travel, and other associate materials.

This advantage is likely to significantly decrease processing times and improve the accessibility of applying for an Australian visa from Pakistan
