National T20 Cup: KP scores 200 against SP

In the eighth match of the National T20 Cup, KP player Mohammad Rizwan and Mohammad Hafeez played a prominent role to score 200 runs in 20 overs against Southern Punjab (SP).

After Fakhar Zaman got out for 26, Rizwan and Hafeez supported the team and scored 100 runs together.

According to the details, Rizwan scored 55 off 39 deliveries while Hafeez made 67 runs from 25 balls.

Later, Iftikhar Ahmed smashed 45 runs to further strengthen the team’s total.

“We have lost our last two games which is quite concerning for us, but its a new game and we are focused to come back into form. I hope today will be something new from our side,” SP cricketer Masood said after winning the toss.

Mohammad Rizwan is looking forward to continuing the winning streak.

“After losing the first match, we gained our form in the next match and I am confident we will continue the good form,” he said.
