The United States won the most medals, winning a total of 113 medals, including 39 gold, 41 silver and 33 bronze.

Japan, the host of the Tokyo Olympics 2020, finished third in the medal race, with a total of 58 medals, including 27 gold, 14 silver and 17 bronze.

The UK also managed to make a name in the top 5 countries and moved up to the fourth place with 22 gold medals, otherwise, the total number was higher than Japan.
