Swiatek reports charity event for individuals impacted by Ukraine war

• Poland’s reality number one Iga Swiatek has collaborated with individual tennis players.
• Agnieszka Radwanska, Elina Svitolina, Sergiy Stakhovsky and Martyn Pawelski for a one-day extraordinary occasion.
• To raise assets for individuals impacted by Russia’s intrusion of Ukraine.

“Iga Swiatek and Friends for Ukraine”, booked for July 23 in Poland’s Krakow, will highlight a blended pairs match and a bunch of singles among Swiatek and countryman Radwanska.

Both matches will be umpired by Ukrainian Svitolina.

Swiatek, who is on a 36-match series of wins, has been vocal about her help for the overwhelmed country, brandishing a blue and yellow lace.

The 21-year-old beat Jana Fett 6-0 6-3 in her initial round match at Wimbledon on Tuesday and takes on Lesley Pattinama Kerkhove on Thursday.
