‘I will continue to play till I complete 15 thousand ‘ says Shoaib Malik

• Shoaib Malik, a Pakistan all-rounder playing in the PSL.
• He will not retire until he completes his 15 thousand runs.
• Iftikhar Ahmed’s batting number will benefit him in the ODI World Cup.

Pakistan all-rounder Shoaib Malik who is engaged in PSL these days, playing for Karachi Kings said that He will not retire until he completes his 15 thousand runs and will be playing Cricket until he himself feels burdened on the team.

Talking to the media he said “there were two important matches in PSL that we wanted to win, personally I am grieved of losing them.”

Praising his wife he said “My wife Sania Mirza has had a wonderful tennis career, and she is playing her career’s last tournament in Dubai. he added that  “I am proud of what Sania Mirza has achieved.”

Malik Said “Lahore Qalandars team is strong, their bowling is strong because of chain of good bowlers like Shaheen Afridi, Haris Rauf and Zaman. their team is playing well at home ground.”

“Multan has young fast bowlers, the bowlers should not rush to feed the international cricket, Let the young fast bowlers get experience by feeding them for two or three years now” He said.

“The average speed of these bowlers should be up to ten overs instead of four overs,  the environment of international cricket is different” He adeed.

He went to say that  “Iftikhar Ahmed’s batting number will benefit him in the ODI World Cup,  as PSL Conditions are good for batting, More than 180, 180 runs are being made in the matches, If it were not for these young bowlers, 240 runs would have been scored.”

Pakistan batsmen need to improve their skills Foreign batsmen are scoring more runs, young batsmen need not to go for fours and sixes, build your innings and bring continuity” He concluded.
