Mohammad Amir rated PSL in high esteem

Mohammad Amir, a fast bowler, has high admiration for the Pakistan Super League (PSL) and asserts that, in terms of bowling quality, no other leagues in the world can compare.

Amir, who has led Karachi Kings’ bowling attack since the PSL’s inception, appears to be in for another memorable season as a King in the upcoming eighth edition of the PSL, which begins on February 13.

People throughout the world, not only in Pakistan, were excitedly anticipating the PSL because they wanted to watch top-notch cricket, according to the left-arm bowler, who is well-known in franchise leagues around the world.

“I recently returned from the Bangladesh Premier League, and despite the fact that there are many leagues going on right now, people there were waiting for the PSL to start because of the great quality of cricket,” he remarked in the latest episode of the PCB Podcast.

“I travel all over the world to play cricket, and everyone loves the PSL because of the bowling quality.”

He went on to say that no league compares in terms of bowling quality, and that we are now generating quality batsmen as well. We found Mohammad Haris, and we also found Haider Ali.”

When asked about the effect the PSL had on him, the 30-year-old cricketer stated it helped him get back into the swing of things during his comeback in international play.

“I had just made my international comeback in New Zealand when I played the first edition of the PSL, and it afforded me the exposure and environment of the international cricket because of the top quality of cricket,” he remarked.

It is important to note that left-arm fast has 54 wickets to his name so far and is the first player to take a hat trick in the PSL.
