Click on the Create Apple ID.
To set your iCloud email address, password, region, date of birth, phone number, and payment method, just follow the on-screen instructions.
Make sure you are a real person by checking the confirmation email you received.

How to Create an iCloud Account on Web

If you don’t want to use iTunes or a Chromebook, you can make an iCloud account on the web.

Go to iCloud.com and click “Sign In.”
Enter your Apple ID email and password.
When prompted with the Security page, select “Other Options” to avoid a long series of security questions.
If asked to upgrade your account security, choose “Don’t Upgrade” to skip the questions.
