Alone patients are common in hospitals. A cat entered as a patient at a Turkish hospital alone, causing surprising scenes. The hospital in Tatvan’s Bitlis district uploaded the footage on Facebook. In the clip, a black-and-white cat limps into the hospital. The injured cat searched the hallway for help.

An on-duty nurse saw the cat and helped it. The clip showed the cat sitting patiently while a nurse dressed its wounded paw.

Abuzer Ozdemir described the incident to Enson Haber. He said,  “While I was working, I saw a cat walk in and it was staggering. When I picked it up for examination, I noticed that his foot was broken, and I put it in a splint. I kept the cat under surveillance for a while. Then the cat relaxed and went out again from where it came as if it knew the way.”

The nurse said the cat returned a few days later to get its paw checked. Unknown causes of harm.

This may seem surprising, but it’s not the first time seeking medical help. In Sasaram, Bihar, a monkey strolled into a clinic and sat on a patient’s bench.

The doctor saw the monkey’s injured face and helped it. He gave it Tetanus and treated its wounds.
