A man from Colorado posted security camera footage showing a bear easily opening an unlocked SUV’s door and crawling inside, apparently in search of food.

The black bear can be seen approaching the parked SUV in a video posted by Dylan Faflick and quickly using the handle to unlock the back door. The footage was shot in Allenspark.

The bear can then be seen getting into the car.

According to Colorado Parks and Wildlife, bears need to consume roughly 20,000 calories each day to get ready for their winter hibernation, so they are most active in the late summer and early fall.
