Man stabbed to death in Birmingham nightclub
A 23 y/o guy was stabbed to death on the dance floor...
A nightclub stabbing death of a man has sparked a murder investigation, at after 5:00 GMT, there was an incident at Valesha’s nightclub in Walsall, which the locals nickname Colliseum on Newport Street.
After being brought to the hospital, the 29-year-old victim passed away at around 6:00 GMT.
According to West Midlands Police, no arrests have yet been made, although officers think a fight took place before to the incident.
Everyone who had been at the club at the time was urged to come forward by the police.
According to authorities, the man’s family has been notified.
Det Insp Ade George of the force said: “The events this morning are tragic and shocking, a man has sadly lost his life and we’ll be offering as much support as we can to his family during this deeply distressing time.
“Our priority is catching those responsible. While we’ve spoken to a number of people who were inside the club at the time, we still need to hear from anyone who was there and who saw, or may have filmed, what happened”.
Police continue to collect evidence as Newport Street is closed.
Almost over a month has passed since the fatal stabbing of Bailey Atkinson in the heart of Walsall on January 28.
A police spokesperson said: “We understand the concerns around recent knife crime in Walsall town center, and neighborhood officers will be patrolling the area over the coming days to offer reassurance”.
