Watch: Sachin Tendulkar uploads a video of a 6-year-old spinner

In his long cricket career, Sachin Tendulkar dominated numerous bowlers, yet he always had an eye for quality among bowlers. This is a quality he possesses long after he has retired from active cricket. Now, a youngster has captured the eye of the great cricketer by stunning him with his excellent spin bowling.

Tendulkar remarked on Instagram after sharing a video compilation of the gifted boy, “It’s brilliant. The love and passion this little boy has for the game are evident.”

Wearing a blue jersey, the youngster was seen playing gully cricket with his pals and neighbors on the school grounds and bylanes.

While Tendulkar did not reveal the boy’s identity or where he was from, several viewers who commented on the video said he was the “pride of Bangladesh.”

Earlier in September, Bangladeshi cricketer Shahriar Nafees drew attention to the excellent spinner by posting a video of him. Nafees, who identified him as a 6-year-old Sadid from Barishal in Bangladesh, praised the boy for his “amazing talent.”

In fact, the youngster left an impression on more than just Tendulkar and Nafees. The youngster was also recognized by great Australian bowler Brett Lee and Afghan spinner Rashid Khan.

People from both India and Bangladesh praised the kid, saying that extraordinary abilities transcend borders. Netizens agreed that the boy’s inborn talent should be nurtured and that he should be given the opportunity to grow and express his brilliance on a global platform regardless of his nation of origin.

Cricket fans on the internet can’t get enough of his amazing spins, which have been compared to Shane Warne and Rashid Khan.
