BLACKPINK made history by being the first K-pop girl group to achieve number one on the Australian Recording Industry Association (ARIA) singles chart with Pink Venom.

To now, BLACKPINK’s new song Pink Venom and PSY’s Gangnam Style are the only Korean songs to achieve number one on the music list.

Gangnam Style  lead over the Australian singles chart back in 2012, when it took over the world.

 

BLACKPINK tops ARIA music charts with Pink Venom: Checkout

With their recent single Pink Venom, the South Korean girl group made history in one of the world’s largest music markets.

How You Like That had previously ranked 19th on the chart.

Not only that, but Lisa’s smash singles LALISA and MONEY placed second and third on the chart this week.

Pink Venom is BLACKPINK’s single track from their upcoming album, and the full album BORN PINK   is expected to be released on September 16, 2022.
