Fans of GOT7’s Jackson Wang are in uproar as tickets for his Magic Man 2 World Tour in Brazil reveal staggering service charges, inflating prices by more than 25%.
The move has triggered widespread criticism and heated discussions on ticket transparency and fair pricing across social media.
Since last year, Jackson Wang has been touring globally on his Magic Man 2 World Tour, initially completing dates across Asia. In December 2025, the K-pop superstar announced that the tour would continue into 2026, with stops across North America, South America, and several other international locations.
His Americas leg is scheduled for March and April, featuring performances in Canada, the United States, Mexico, Brazil, and Chile.

The controversy began when tickets for the Rio de Janeiro show went on sale. The base ticket price of $144 USD was suddenly inflated by $254 USD in service fees, pushing the total cost close to $400 USD.
Fans criticized the 27% surcharge, calling it excessive and lacking clarity, especially for VIP packages.
The issue caught the attention of Guilherme Cortez, a state deputy of São Paulo, who stated he would raise the matter with PROCON (Brazil’s Consumer Protection and Defense Program) and the National Consumer Secretariat, the federal body responsible for implementing the country’s consumer protection policies.
While some details of the complaints differ from netizens’ grievances, Ticketmaster’s fee structure has long been contentious across Brazil.
Jackson Wang’s concert has now become a flashpoint, fueling calls for greater transparency, accountability, and fair pricing practices in live entertainment ticketing.
