According to the spokesman, the decision of banning the game has been taken after consultation. It should be mentioned here that earlier in June, two teenagers in Lahore had committed suicide when their parents did not allow them to play the game. The parents of the demised children had filed a petition seeking a complete ban on the game in the Lahore High Court.
As a rapid increase in suicide due to PUBG, Punjab’s IG police have also sent a letter to PTA for putting a complete ban on the game in Pakistan.
CPO Lahore Zulfiqar Hameed mentioned that 3 youngsters have so far committed suicide because of the game.
It is pertinent to mention here that many people across the world had killed themselves while playing this violent game.
