  • Zero tolerance for security lapses in protecting foreign nationals.

ISLAMABAD: The Interior Minister, Mohsin Naqvi, has ordered that the security measures for Chinese people in Pakistan be taken very seriously.

During a meeting at the Interior Ministry, which was led by Minister Naqvi, they talked about how to keep foreign visitors, especially those from China, safe. They also looked at the general safety of the country.

Minister Naqvi told everyone to make sure they follow the security rules closely and to keep a regular check on how the plan is working.

He also mentioned that to stop any harmful plans by people who are against the country, different security agencies should work together closely. He emphasized that there’s no space for mistakes when it comes to keeping people safe.

It is pertinent to mention that these steps come at a time when there’s a need to reassure foreign nationals, particularly Chinese investors and workers, about their safety in Pakistan.

This is crucial for maintaining strong relations between the two countries and ensuring the progress of joint projects like the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC). The government is committed to providing a secure environment for all international guests.
