PAK vs BAN : Shoaib Malik seals victory in T 20

PAKvBAN : Pakistan defeated Bangladesh in first T 20 match with the help of undefeated half century of veteran batsman shoaib Malik.

Pakistan meets the target in 19.3 overs at the loss of 5 wickets, Ahsan Ali scores 35 and Professor Batsman Hafeez managed to score 17 runs to reach the target

Bangladesh gave the target of 142 runs to the host team in the first Twenty 20 International match at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore today.

Bangladesh made 141 run on the loss of 5 wickets.

The visitors’ start was good as the first wicket fell in 11th over against 71 scores.

Visiting side, however, lost two wickets at 98 scores and went under some pressure.

Mahmudullah and Afif Hossain remained on crease and took the score to 119 but another fall at this moment as Afif Hossain taken by Haris Rauf.

Tamim Iqbal got run out, Mohammad Naim was taken by Shadab Khan after Iftikhar’s catch.

PAK vs BAN Toss

Earlier Bangladesh won the toss and chose to bat against Pakistan in the first T20 match of the series.

The three-match T20I series would entirely played in Lahore over the next few days.

If Babar XI lose just one of the three matches scheduled they will slide to second behind England or India in the rankings after holding the top spot since January 2018.

After a lot of talks, the Bangladesh Cricket Board finally agreed on the tour.

There are two Tests and one ODI which will be played in the next few months.
