England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) has started working onto plan a brief tour to Pakistan next year.

According to International media, England is considering to tour Pakistan next year in January to play three T20Is. In the last week of January, England cricket team will be in UAE and likely to travel to Pakistan for five days.

Earlier, Pakistan cricket team toured England for three T20Is and as many Tests in COVID-19 times. Both teams played in a bio-secure environment at two venues.

In reply, many former cricketers suggested the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) ask ECB for a return tour.

During Pakistan’s tour to England,  Babar Azam, Emad Wasim, Shaheen Shah Afridi did not join the squad due to following deadly virus contraction.

All-rounder Shoaib Malik also stayed in England in person and left for Australia with bowling coach Waqar Younis’ Family.

ECB had also thanked the Green shirt for coming to the UK despite COVID-19 situation.

PCB chief executive Wasim Khan also thanked the 44-member national squad for a full tour of England amidst difficult and unusual circumstances.
