The first match of the sixth edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL 6) will kick off tomorrow (20th February) between Quetta Gladiators and Karachi Kings.
Before that, the PSL opening ceremony 2021, as per the tradition will begin before the match. According to the details, the opening ceremony of PSL 6 will be aired on Pakistan Television (PTV) and other private channels at 6:45 PM.
It was reported earlier that the opening ceremony would be held in Karachi’s National Stadium but due to the place being designated as a bio-secure bubble, the ceremony was recorded in Istanbul, Turkey.
Many celebrities including Atif Aslam, Humaima Malick, and Groove Mera singers; Naseebo Lal, Aima Baig, and Young Stunners had flown to Turkey to record the opening ceremony.
The celebrities are super excited to perform at the PSL 6 Opening Ceremony and shared video messages for all the PSL Fans.
Legendary singer Naseebo Lal said in a video message that,
“I will meet you at the opening ceremony of the PSL 6,” she said.

The official anthem of PSL 6 “Groove Mera” is recorded in the voices of Naseebo Lal, Aima Baig, and Young Stunners. The video features Babar Azam, Shadab Khan, Sarfraz Ahmed, Shaheen Shah Afridi, Shaan Masood, and Wahab Riaz.
