Furthermore, the Prime Minister’s Coronavirus test came positive two days after he received the Coronavirus vaccine dose on Thursday.
However, according to the ministry of health services, Prime Minister Imran Khan was not fully vaccinated when he contracted the virus.
He only got the 1st dose and merely two days ago which is too soon for ANY vaccine to become effective. Anti-bodies develop 2-3 weeks after the 2nd dose of 2-dose COVID vaccines.
Earlier on March 18, Prime Minister Imran Khan had received his first dose of COVID-19 against the deadly disease.
Moreover, Prime Minister Imran Khan’s wife Bushra Bibi has also contracted the novel Coronavirus, sources informed on Saturday.
According to sources, Bushra Bibi also contracted COVID-19, which emerged minutes after the Minister for Health Dr Faisal Sultan confirmed that PM Imran Khan had tested positive for the virus.
Bushra Bibi is also isolating at home, family sources confirmed.
PTI Senator Faisal Javed and SAPM for Overseas Pakistanis Zulfi Bukhari took to Twitter to wish sound health to both the premier and his wife.
Javed wrote, “First Lady Bushra Bibi has also been tested positive for Covid-19. Lots of prayers for all who have been tested positive including PM Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi!!! May ALLAH give them a speedy recovery. Stay Safe!!!”
