After tying Steffi Graf’s record of 377 weeks spent at number one, tennis legend Novak Djokovic is one week away from reaching another milestone.

The 35-year-old Serbian is still ranked first in the most recent ATP rankings, which put him on par with the number of weeks Graf held the top spot for women.

After winning the Australian Open at the end of January—his record-tying 22nd Grand Slam singles title—Djokovic reclaimed the top rank for a seventh time.

At the weekend, Daniil Medvedev won the Rotterdam race, and Carlos Alcaraz had a successful comeback to the circuit in Argentina. Both previous world champions had success.

Medvedev returns to the top 10 after defeating Italian Jannik Sinner in three sets to win his 16th career title. He moves up three spots to seventh.

The consolation prize for the losing finalist is a two-place rise to 12th position in the rankings.

Alcaraz successfully completed his comeback to the circuit on Sunday by winning the Argentina Open, solidifying his position in second place.

The third-place finisher is Stefanos Tsitsipas of Greece, whom Djokovic defeated in the Australian Open final.

Alexander Zverev, a former world number two from Germany, has halted a fall in his standing since making a comeback from ankle ligament damage sustained at the 2017 French Open that kept him out of action for the rest of the season.

The 25-year-old, who also disclosed after losing in the second round of the Australian Open that he had had type 1 diabetes since he was three, moved up one spot to 16th after making it that far in Rotterdam.
