LAHORE: An anti-terrorism court(ATC) Lahore on Saturday declared 8 Pakistan Tehreak e Insaf leaders as proclaimed offenders in a case of May 9. The hearing, conducted by ATC Judge Arshad Javed, was based on a petition submitted by the Lahore police. On May 9, there has been a development in the case of burning a container at Kalma Chowk, in
