ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan said on Wednesday that it is unfortunate to notice that a convicted criminal was invited as a guest in a ceremony attended by serving and former judges.

Speaking at the Kamyab Jawan Convention 2021, the premier said that a nation is destroyed when it stops distinguishing between right and wrong. “Two atom bombs were dropped on Japan but they were back on progress in 10 years. Because their moralities were intact.”

In reference to the alleged audiotape of former chief justice Saqib Nisar, the premier said that the Sharif family is yet to reveal the source of revenue of four London apartments.

“They are attacking institutions to protect their wealth,” he said.

The premier said that he has established Rehmatul-lil-Alimeen Authority to instill strong character-building skills in young people. “I want the nation to learn from the character of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and implement it in their life. “A great nation has a great character,” he added.

Health Insurance

Prime Minister Imran Khan said that his government will ensure health insurance for people living in provinces under his party’s government. “From January, every person living in Punjab, Balochistan, Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan will be able to get free healthcare,” he said
