KARACHI: The gold prices in Pakistan on Thursday witnessed a downward trend, as 24 karat gold prices stood at Rs116,100/tola, while the price of 10 grams stood at Rs99,540.
The rate for 22 karat gold was Rs106,424, while for 21 karat gold was Rs101,588 and the rates for 18 karat stood at Rs87,075.
In the international market too, the bullion rates remained lower and stood at $1,775 due to the effects of the new variant of contagious coronavirus ‘Omicron’.
However, the price of silver remained unchanged at Rs1,493/tola and Rs1,280.03/10 grams.
