  • Chilled Mango puree (2 Cups)
  • Black tea (2 tea bags)
  • Sugar/Honey (As per taste)

Method:

Bring the water to a boil and then steep tea bags in it for 5-7 minutes. Let the black tea sit at room temperature for a few minutes. After this, place it in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes. Blend sliced mangoes to make fresh mango puree and add sugar/honey in the blender to mix into the puree. Add chilled tea to the mixture and give it a whirl. Pour the mixture into a glass and add ice cubes, lemon juice, and mint leaves. Your mango iced tea is ready, and it tastes as refreshing as it sounds!

  • Coconut Milk (1 Cup)

Method:

Add half the gelatin to the coconut milk and the other half to the mango pulp and mix thoroughly. Now pour half the cooked cream into the mango pulp and half of it into the coconut milk. Mix well to form smooth pastes. Take a serving bowl or a glass and spread a layer of mango cream in it. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Now spread a layer of coconut cream on the top and refrigerate for another 30 minutes. You can add as many layers as you like, but make sure each layer has been set properly before you add another one. Garnish with diced mangoes on top and serve chilled.

Add a handful of chopped dry fruits (preferably unsalted pistachios or almonds). Pour the mixture into molds and freeze for 8-10 hours. Your mango kulfi is ready to be served!
