The government decided to retire poorly functioning government employees

Big news from the PTI government! The federal government has decided to retire government servants who are working poorly.

According to the sources, the Federal government has prepared civil servants’ retirement roles 2019. It is decided that the retirement age of 60 years for civil workers will end. Poorly functioning workers will be retired before the completion of the period.

The servants will be notified with show-cause notice. The formation of three different retirement committees has been suggested for the government employees.

According to details, it has been suggested that retirement committees will be formed for the workers from grade one to grade sixteen. Another committee for the workers working on Grades from 17 to 19 will be made and the separate committee will be made for the workers holding grades from 20 to 22.

Recommendations will be presented regarding the formation of the committees. The retired employees will be granted pension and graduation.
