Rain expected in most parts of Pakistan

Rain is expected in most parts of the country while snowfall is expected in the upper areas today, told the meteorological department.

According to the details, most of the upper and central parts of the country will remain overcast while Islamabad is expected to remain overcast and light rain is also expected.

According to the meteorological department, rain and snow are expected in the upper parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

The meteorological department said that rains are expected in Peshawar, Mardan, Kohat, Bannu, DI Khan, Waziristan, and Kurram of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa while rain is also expected in Dir, Chitral, Malakand, Swat, Mansehra, Abbottabad, and Kohistan.

Light rain is expected in different parts of Punjab including Mianwali, Gujranwala, Sialkot, and Narowal. Apart from cloudy skies, rain and snowfall are expected in Kashmir.

Intermittent snowfall is expected in Mansehra, Galyat Ayubia, Sugaran, Naran, and Kagan while snowfall continues in Lepa Valley after rains which will continue for three days.

On the other hand, dry weather is expected in most districts of Balochistan. However, partly cloudy weather is expected in northern Balochistan. The weather will remain dry in most parts of Sindh but Sukkur and Larkana will remain partly cloudy.
