According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), security forces conducted two intelligence-based operations in Mir Ali and Spinwam areas of North Waziristan, during which 7 foreign terrorists were killed.

The ISPR said that security forces got information about the presence of terrorists in Mir Ali yesterday, upon which the forces took effective action and targeted the terrorists’ hideout.

During intense encounters between security forces and terrorists, six terrorists were killed.

In a separate intelligence-based operation in Spinwam, North Waziristan, security forces killed one foreign terrorist. Weapons and ammunition were recovered from the militants in both areas.

The killed terrorists were involved in attacks on security forces, law enforcement personnel, and civilians, including targeted killings.

The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) stated that sanitization operations continue in Mir Ali and Spinwam to eliminate Indian-sponsored terrorists in the region.
