Cristiano Ronaldo, a famous football player, met with the women’s team of Al Nassr on Thursday to give them more confidence before their next matches.
Ronaldo, who signed a rich contract with the team in December of last year after his painful departure from Manchester United, has been in Riyadh since January and has already participated in two games for the team.
On January 17, when Qatar-owned PSG visited Saudi Arabia and played a friendly against a select team made up of players from Al Nassr and their Saudi rivals Al Hilal, he also faced off against longtime rival Lionel Messi.
Ronaldo was seen inspiring the club women’s squad and wishing them success in their last two Saudi Women’s Premier League matches in a video shared by Al Nassr on Thursday on their official Twitter account.
‘Keep going,’ he said, giving the team a thumbs up.

It’s important to note that Ronaldo emphasized his intention to serve as an inspiration for both young girls and boys in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia during his inaugural news conference in Riyadh last month.
“I’m grateful to Al-Nassr for giving me this opportunity to display and develop not only football, but also for the generation, the young generation, and the female generation,” he had stated.
