Prize bonds in Pakistan are a government-backed lottery system that gives people the chance to win cash prizes instead of earning interest. These bonds are issued by the State Bank of Pakistan in different denominations.

Draws take place regularly, and any prize money won is subject to tax deductions. Despite this, prize bonds remain a popular choice for saving and investing among the public.
