Karachi faces cold nights, foggy mornings as heat lingers

The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) reports that Karachi is witnessing a sharp contrast in weather conditions, with chilly nights and persistent daytime heat.

Early morning fog today reduced visibility to nearly 5 kilometers.

Today’s temperature ranges between a minimum of 16°C and a maximum of 33°C.

Humidity stood at 89 percent, while winds from the east blew at a speed of 8 km/h.

The sky is expected to stay clear throughout the day, and the PMD has confirmed that there is no likelihood of rain in the city throughout the coming week.

The department added that a noticeable drop in temperatures and an increase in winter conditions are expected after November 22.
